If you need to request an exchange or return, we’re here to make the process smooth and simple for you! Please include a picture or video of the product, along with its packaging, and we’ll handle everything with care.

Exchanges/Returns are available under the following conditions after our careful review:

- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- There are visible signs of wear and tear.
